ThermoAnalytics is excited to announce our participation in the International Workshop on Infrared Target and Background Modeling and Simulation (ITBM&S 2025), taking place from June 2–5, 2025, at the Buhlsche Mühle in Ettlingen, Germany .

ITBM&S is a premier forum that brings together experts from government, academia, and industry to discuss advancements in infrared (IR) modeling and simulation, including target signature modeling, thermal modeling, scene simulation, and applications in AI and machine learning .

At this year's workshop, ThermoAnalytics will present two papers showcasing our latest research in synthetic imagery generation and deep learning:

  • Automatic Detection and Identification of Ground Vehicles with YOLO-Based Deep Learning Using MuSES-Generated OPIR Synthetic Imagery
  • Automatic Detection and Recognition of Humans with YOLO-Based Deep Learning Using MuSES-Generated EO/IR Synthetic Imagery

These presentations highlight the capabilities of our MuSES software in generating high-fidelity synthetic datasets for training robust AI models in object detection and recognition tasks.

We look forward to engaging with fellow researchers and professionals at ITBM&S 2025 to share insights and explore collaborative opportunities in advancing IR modeling and simulation technologies.
