The link above is a ZIP compressed file containing over 100 primitive files of various shapes and mesh densities organized into directories. To load a primitive as a starting point for a new model, choose File>Open. Browse to the primtives directory, choose File Type: All Files (*.*). The software includes a *.CDF option. To import a primitive into an exisiting file, choose File>Import>Geometry. It will then provide an option to snap the primitive mesh to other objects in the model using element centroids as locators. You need to be in Element Select mode to snap, and you should clear the element selections before clicking on the "Snap" button.
